These terms apply when you hire Cavrely for a one-time task, fixed-scope job, or short engagement (“Any Hire”).
What Counts as an Any Hire
Examples include (not limited to):
- Paid audit delivery
- Fixing 404/500 errors or broken features
- Search Console and sitemap issue resolution
- Payment gateway or API integration fixes
- Cloudflare, DNS, or SSL recovery
- Small development tasks and improvements
Scope Definition
- We require a clear description of the task before starting.
- If the issue expands beyond the initial request, we will propose updated scope and cost.
Pricing and Payment
- Most Any Hire work requires advance payment.
- In trusted situations, we may start without advance payment at our discretion.
- Work may be paused if payment is delayed.
Turnaround Time
- We may provide an estimated turnaround time, not a guarantee.
- Delays can occur due to third-party providers, missing access, or unclear requirements.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide:
- Required access (preferably temporary or limited)
- Relevant logs, screenshots, and recent change history
- Confirmation/testing on your side when needed
Deliverables
Deliverables may include:
- Fix applied to production or staging
- Audit report or checklist (when requested)
- Notes on what was changed
- Recommendations to prevent recurrence (when applicable)
Refunds
Because time is reserved and work starts quickly:
- Fees are typically non-refundable once investigation/work begins.
- If we cannot proceed due to reasons on our side, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Liability
Any Hire tasks involve working on existing systems that may have unknown issues. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing vulnerabilities or misconfigurations
- Third-party outages or provider failures
- Losses due to missing backups (unless backups are included in scope)
