  • Paid audit (manual verification + PDF report)
  • Bug fixing and troubleshooting (errors, broken flows, Cloudflare/DNS/SSL issues)
  • Speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO cleanup
  • Ongoing maintenance and monitoring

Audit Limitations

  • The free audit uses automated data and public signals.
  • The paid audit includes manual verification, but results remain advisory.
  • Audit findings do not guarantee outcomes; they inform scope and priorities.

Quotes, Scope, and Change Requests

  • We provide quotes based on the information you share.
  • Scope may be defined by email, message, or proposal.
  • Requests outside scope require approval and additional cost.
  • We may refuse requests that are illegal, unsafe, or technically unreasonable.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, access, and materials needed to complete the work
  • Respond in a timely manner to questions and approvals
  • Ensure you have rights to any content, code, images, and data you provide
  • Maintain backups of your website/data unless explicitly included in scope

Payments and Starting Work

  • Most work requires an advance payment before we start.
  • In some trusted cases, we may start without advance payment at our discretion.
  • Payments may be accepted via crypto and other methods.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun, time has been reserved, or deliverables have been shared, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery, Review, and Acceptance

  • We deliver work in milestones or as agreed.
  • You are responsible for reviewing deliverables promptly.
  • Minor fixes related to delivered scope may be included within a reasonable review window (if agreed).
  • After acceptance or a reasonable period, further changes may be billed.

Revisions

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Revisions are limited to changes consistent with the agreed scope.
  • Major redesigns, new features, or repeated changes may be treated as new scope.

Warranty (Limited)

We strive for quality, but software can have bugs. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • We may fix defects caused by our delivered work if reported within a reasonable period.
  • This does not cover issues caused by third-party services, hosting changes, plugin/theme updates, malware, or client-side edits.

Third-Party Services

Your project may rely on third-party providers (hosting, domains, analytics, PageSpeed Insights, payment gateways). We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, fees, or failures.

Prohibited Use

You may not request or use our services for:

  • Illegal activities, fraud, or phishing
  • Malware, credential theft, or abusive automation
  • Copyright infringement or unauthorized scraping
  • Any use that violates platform policies or applicable laws

Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise:

  • You own your business content and materials you provide.
  • We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and reusable components.
  • Upon full payment, you receive rights to the specific deliverables created for you, as described in the agreed scope.

Confidentiality

We will not intentionally disclose your confidential business information, except as needed to deliver services or as required by law. Avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive secrets in chat.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may stop the work. If you terminate after work begins:

  • You remain responsible for payment for work completed and time reserved.
  • We may deliver what has been completed up to that point.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
